Harare, October 19,2013 (VOA)— Zimbabwe Human Rights commissioner, Elasto Mugwadi, says the government must stop fighting donor agencies but instead work with them to ensure people enjoy all their rights.
Mugwadi, who is chairman of the commission’s working group on children’s rights, commended ZPP for their donation saying it will improve learning and living conditions for children at Northcot.
He said urged the children to reciprocate the donation by obtaining the best results in their examinations.
ZPP board member, Okay Machisa, said today’s event was a belated function to commemorate the 2013 International Peace Day whose theme was ‘Education for Peace’.
