I Never Battled For My Life – Kaseke

“I never at any time battled for my life,” he told Radio VOP in an exclusive interview at the five star Monomotapa Crowne Plaza Hotel in Harare.
“This just goes to show how you journalists distort information about us celebrities. Never did I battle for my life. In fact I just broke my arm in the accident which also caused alarm and despondency within the tourism world. I will soon take action against the journalists who did damaging articles about me.”
Kaseke said he had now fully recovered save that he still had an arm band around his right hand which broke after the serious accident.
The ZTA boss, who is now on leave, was accompanied by four beauty queens in the accident in his 4X4 Toyota Land Cruiser on the Harare/Masvingo highway.
Journalists wrote that Kaseke had been “battling for his dear life” at the Avenues Clinic in Harare but Kaseke said this was not true at all.
“I never battled for my life,” he said.
“You can go and tell them that I am now as fit as a fiddle and will return to work soon.”
