Mutinhiri who is also the Zanu (PF) MP for Marondera-Seke accused State Security Minister Sidney Sekeramayi of sending the invaders who arrived early in the morning and threatened her workers.
She said an advance party of four people arrived at the farm and said they were sent by Sekeremayi.
They threatened to drive away her herd of cattle and burn maize in fields if she did not leave the property.
The minister said she was uncomfortable speaking over the phone and the name of the farm could not be immediately confirmed.
The invaders were still allegedly singing revolutionary songs at the farm threatening to harm the workers. Sekeremayi could not be reached for comment as his phone was unreachable.
Mutinhiri who was once married to former youth minister Ambrose Mutinhiri is being hounded by Zanu (PF) supporters who believe that she voted for MDC-T chairman Lovemore Moyo in the elections for the Speaker of Parliament.
Moyo beat Zanu (PF) chairman Simon Khaya Moyo in the hotly contested poll in March and there were claims that some Zanu PF MPs voted with MDC-T.
