Pro-Tsvangirai Activists Released On Bail

Lizwe Jamela, attorney for the three members of a civic organization that provides medical and counseling services to victims of violence and torture, said on Friday the activists were ordered by a Bulawayo magistrate to pay $100 bail.
They will re-appear in court on 6 December.
The activists were arrested on Monday in the capital, Harare, and accused of painting “MDC is it” on the outer wall of a library in Bulawayo, the country’s second largest city.
Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, leader of the Movement for Democratic Change, is in a fragile coalition brokered by regional leaders with President Robert Mugabe after violent and disputed elections in 2008.- SAPA
