After they return from honeymoon, the royal couple are initially expected to move into a suite of rooms in Clarence House, while they decide where to live more permanently.
It means they will share their first married home with Prince Harry who lives there when he is in London.
Prince William and Kate are yet to confirm where they will set up home permanently once they are married, but Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace and Kensington Palace are all being considered as for their London base.
The Prince currently spends a large amount of time in North Wales where he is stationed with the RAF.
When in London the Prince stays in the Clarence House suite with his brother, who also spends a large amount of time away with the Army Air Corps.
The two brothers are very close and Kate is also said to have a great relationship with her future brother-in-law, but the shared accommodation is expected to be a short-term arrangement.
A royal source said: “Harry is away with the Army Air Corps most of the week, so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem co-ordinating their diaries. The rooms aren’t particularly fancy but Catherine is used to them. She gets on brilliantly with Harry so it shouldn’t be too much of a hardship.” The Telegraph
