This was revealed by Zifa board president, Cuthbert Dube.
The soccer mother body imposed bans ranging from life to six months for players and
officials who were involved in the scam.
The international football controlling body, Fifa, however, is still to endorse the bans as they have asked for more information regarding the drastic action.
Fifa charges $3 210 for an appeals fee in such cases.
Footballers Union of Zimbabwe secretary general, Paul Gundani, on Wednesday expressed displeasure with the Zifa decision saying the amount was too high.
The Appeals Committee will be headed by advocate Silas Chekera and also includes advocate Thabani Mpofu as well as former Black Aces chairman Chris Mbanga.
