The Zimbabwe Music Awards (ZIMA), which were set for Friday at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC), have been postponed to the 29th of October.
Organisers of the event had earlier confirmed their readiness, promising a star studded line-up of local musicians to grace the music awards.
However, ZIMA Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Farai Chapotereta later said they are yet to tie up loose ends and as such, they had to postpone the event.
Musicians billed to perform at the awards include Jah Prayzah, Soul Jah Love, Cynthia Mare, Africa Revenge and Sebastian Magacha, among others.
ZIMA was founded in 2003 as an annual awards ceremony to acknowledge and honour musical excellence and creativity.
